This page explains what data the G-Code Private Label site (gcodeprivatelabel.com) collects, why, who else receives it and how you can control it.

Who is responsible

FOP Khlusova Tetiana Serhiivna, 31 Kryvorizhstali St, Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine, the maker of G-Code nail materials. Questions about your data: official@g-code.com.ua, +38 (098) 476 50 77.

What we collect

  • From the enquiry form: name, phone, email, country, what you are interested in, product groups and your message.
  • Together with the enquiry: the page address and language, campaign tags from the link you came by (utm, gclid, fbclid) and, if you allowed analytics, your Google Analytics visitor ID.
  • When you visit: IP address and browser data, which Cloudflare processes to deliver the site and protect it from attacks and bots.
  • Only with your consent: how you use the site (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) and how our ads perform (Google Ads, Meta).

Why and on what basis

  • To answer your enquiry, send samples and prepare an offer: steps you ask for before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • To keep the site secure: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Analytics and advertising: only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

We do not sell your data.

Who receives the data

  • KeyCRM: the CRM system where enquiries are stored.
  • Telegram: notifications to our managers about a new enquiry.
  • Cloudflare: hosting and protection of the site.
  • Google (Analytics, Ads), Microsoft (Clarity) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram): only if you allow analytics or advertising cookies.
  • Ukrposhta or Nova Post: the name, phone and address needed to deliver samples or an order.

Transfers outside Ukraine and the EU

Cloudflare, Google, Microsoft and Meta may process data in other countries, including the USA. They do so under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

How long we keep data

We keep an enquiry while we work on your request and for as long as we cooperate, and after that only as long as the law requires for contracts and accounting. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time. Cookies are kept for the periods shown in the table below.
